Mission: Under the guidance of the Housekeeping Manager and Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the cleaning and presentation of all public areas, ensuring that the hotel consistently upholds excellence in cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

 

What will you have to do?

 

  • Guarantee an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in all public areas of the hotel, including lobby, corridors, restrooms, meeting spaces, and other shared facilities.
  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate the public areas team, ensuring efficiency and productivity in daily operations.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and task allocation, including inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections of public areas to ensure quality, safety, and consistency with hotel standards.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments such as Front Office, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage to address guest requests and operational needs promptly.
  • Resolve guest concerns or complaints related to public areas with professionalism and care.
  • Support the training, coaching, and development of public areas staff to ensure they are well-versed in hotel standards and procedures.

 

What are we looking for?

 

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Fluent Portuguese and English.
  • Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage a team, solve problems effectively, and make decisions under pressure.
  • A proactive and hands-on attitude, with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
