Mission: As Restaurant Manager, you will lead and manage restaurant operations, ensuring the effective implementation of the F&B strategy, operational excellence, strong financial performance and an exceptional guest experience, fully aligned with brand standards, hotel objectives and company values.

 

What will you have to do?

 

  • Ensure implementation of the company’s F&B strategy, standards, SOPs and service procedures;

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service and events;

  • Coordinate with Kitchen, Sales, Operations and Guest Experience teams to ensure service excellence;

  • Manage quality, presentation, service timing, ambience and restaurant imageMonitor cost control, budgets, P&L performance and implement corrective action plans;

  • Lead, develop and evaluate the restaurant team, including staffing, training and performance reviews;

  • Ensure compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety regulations and sustainability practices.

 

What are we looking for?

 

  • Higher education or university degree, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality or a related field;

  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager role;

  • Fluency in the local language and advanced English; a third language is a plus;

  • Strong knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, cost control and stock managementExperience with REVO / POS systems and strong command of Office 365;

  • Proven leadership, communication and team‑management skills;

  • Guest‑oriented, proactive and quality‑driven mindset, aligned with a luxury lifestyle brand.
