Located in the heart of Lisbon, ME Lisbon is a luxury hotel known for its modern design, vibrant energy, and exceptional service. We create unique experiences for both business and leisure travelers, and now we’re looking for a strong leader to elevate our dining experience.
Mission: As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will lead by example on the restaurant floor, ensuring service excellence at every moment. You will coordinate the service team, uphold ME Lisbon’s high-quality standards, and deliver personalized guest experiences that consistently exceed expectations.
What will you do?
- Lead and oversee the full operation of the restaurant department, ensuring a smooth and guest‑focused service.
- Supervise daily service and guarantee compliance with all hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Control daily and monthly inventories of crockery, glassware, cutlery, decorations, and equipment.
- Oversee the condition, functionality, and preventive maintenance of machines and service equipment.
- Ensure the upkeep and presentation of menus, wine lists, beverage menus, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and validate the daily Operation Checklist, ensuring consistency and operational readiness.
What are we looking for?

1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.

Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with a hands-on and service-focused approach.

Genuine passion for quality, guest satisfaction, and team development.

Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a valuable plus.

Solid knowledge of F&B service, food handling, hygiene standards, and food safety protocols.
