Mission: As a Rooftop Supervisor, you will lead by example, overseeing the daily operation of the rooftop restaurant and pool area. You will ensure service excellence, maintain high-quality standards, and deliver personalized guest experiences.

 

What will you do?

 

  • Lead the rooftop operation with energy and precision, delivering seamless, high-end service at every moment.
  • Ensure the space is always impeccable, from ambiance to detail, fully aligned with ME’s luxury lifestyle standards.
  • Take ownership of stock, equipment, and daily readiness, keeping everything sharp, efficient, and guest-focused.
  • Create unforgettable guest experiences, confidently handling feedback and turning every interaction into a positive moment.
  • Inspire and energize the team on the floor, driving performance through collaboration, presence, and example.
  • Bring consistency to excellence by ensuring all procedures, checklists, and brand standards are flawlessly executed.

 

What are we looking for?

 

  • A dynamic supervisor with experience in luxury or lifestyle hospitality, ideally in rooftop or vibrant F&B concepts.
  • Confident in fast-paced, multi-outlet environments, balancing restaurant and pool/lounge operations.
  • Strong focus on delivering memorable, high-quality experiences.
  • Solid F&B knowledge, with a sharp eye for hygiene, safety, and operational excellence.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages add to the experience.
