What will you have to do?

Supervise breakfast, lunch and dinner Room Service operations;

Ensure full compliance with service standards, setup procedures, cleanliness and stock control;

Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure quality, presentation and timely delivery of dishes;

Monitor service delivery times, resolve operational issues and manage daily closures;
-
Control equipment handling, inventory, trolleys and warehouse access;
-
Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards;
-
Handle guest incidents and contribute actively to service recovery and customer satisfaction.
What are we looking for?

Higher education or university degree, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality or a related field;

At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality sector;

Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English; a third language is a plus;

Strong knowledge of hotel operations, service standards and current service trends;
-
Experience with REVO / POS systems and a strong command of Office 365;
-
Strong leadership, communication skills and a guest‑oriented mindset.
