Night Receptionist (casual contract)
Our Night Receptionists are responsible for continuing an exceptional customer experience during night hours. You will be a confident and effective communicator, always on the lookout for ways to delight our guests by understanding their purpose for travelling and anticipating their requirements. Under the direction of the Night Manager, you will be responsible for completing end-of-day procedures, and for looking after the safety and security of the hotel.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Ensure that all guests receive a warm, memorable and personalized assistance during the night hours of duty.
· Setting the scene for their stay and ensure that guests’ needs are anticipated and any requests are actioned. Additionally, complete tasks accurate and within given deadlines.
· Ensure the hotel remains safe throughout the night, while providing support to the hotel team, carrying out additional Maintenance, F&B and HSK roles.
· Deal with complaints quickly and efficiently and find suitable solutions to any problem that may arise, communicating issues immediately to Management.
What are we looking for?
- Previous night receptionist experience, ideally in similar hotel environment
- Natural people skills
- Excellent and effective communicator
- Problem solving and complaint handling skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Spanish knowledge preferable
The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.
