F&B Supervisor
Mission:
Be the driving force behind our bar team, ensuring seamless operations while upholding our exceptional standards. You’ll not only lead the team but also play a pivotal role in crafting and refining our Food & Beverage procedures to create unforgettable guest experiences.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead with Impact: Inspire, train, and motivate a dynamic bar team to deliver top-notch service.
- Raise the Bar: Oversee daily operations, optimize efficiency, and ensure strict adherence to licensing, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Be the Expert: Showcase in-depth knowledge of our food, wines, and cocktails, while guiding your team to do the same.
- Resolve with Care: Handle guest feedback and complaints swiftly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities.
- Innovate & Collaborate: Drive the success of Food & Beverage promotions and enhance team skills with targeted training programs.
- Create a Positive Culture: Cultivate a respectful and inclusive work environment that empowers your team to excel.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or team leader in a hotel or concept bar setting.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and licensing regulations.
- Fluency in English and eligibility to work in the UK.
