Maintenance Handyperson 

Mission: Provide a daily Maintenance service on a shift basis, covering all areas of the hotel.  

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

• Daily patrol of all public areas, replacing defective lamps, as necessary.
• Assist other Maintenance staff to accomplish maintenance tasks.
• Adhere to the company 10-minute response, to a guest related maintenance request.
• Carry out all SAP maintenance requests.
• Record all materials used and inform the Maintenance Office of any spares and materials required. 

What are we looking for? 

·       Minimum 2 years of experience in a related activity 

·       Fluency in English 

·       Spanish knowledge would be advantageous 

The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK
