Night Receptionist - Part time 24 hours with 3 days per week

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

·       To ensure that all guests receive a warm, memorable and personalised assistance during the night hours of duty. 

·       Setting the scene for their stay and ensure that guest needs are anticipated and any requests are actioned. Additionally, complete tasks accurate and within given deadlines.  

·       Ensure the hotel remains safe throughout the night, while providing support to the hotel team, carrying out additional Maintenance, F&B and HSK roles. 

·       Deal with complaints quickly and efficiently and find suitable solutions to any problem that may arise, communicating issues immediately to Management.

 

What are we looking for? 

·       Minimum 2 years of experience in a related activity 

·       Fluency in English 

·       Spanish knowledge would be a plus 

·       Knowledge of the Opera system
