Salary Negotiable DOE plus 10% Bonus and Hybrid working (additional benefits below)

 

Location: Flexible (UK, Germany, Italy, France, Spain) with 25% travel required to the UK.

 

Mission: Maximise the Revenue Per Available Room (RevPar) of the hotel(s) under your management. You will be managing the hotel's pricing strategy daily, under the supervision of your leader. Your role will involve developing and implementing various strategies to ensure peak performance and optimal revenue management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Strategic Pricing Management: Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly pick-up reports, and market trends across different dimensions such as market segment, source of business, room type, and point of sale. Your goal will be the ongoing optimization of our pricing strategy.
  • Channel and Segment Analysis: Review, monitor, and manage the evolution and production of different distribution channels (GDS, IDS, Melia.com, direct hotel bookings) and market segments.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Generate actionable plans for each forecast period, ensuring the feasibility of these plans and their capability to address the identified challenges.
  • Market Positioning: Ensure that the pricing strategy effectively positions the hotel in the market relative to competitors.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and monitor your hotel's performance during trade fair periods and peak demand times to increase the hotel's Revenue Generation Index (RGI).

 

We Seek:

 

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue management or supervision within the hotel industry.
  • Proficiency in Pricing, Forecasting, and Benchmarking.
  • Desirable experience with systems such as Opera, Switch, and Duetto.
  • Knowledge of SAP/AFO.

 

Note: The successful candidate must already have eligibility to travel in the UK.
