We are looking for a Sales Executive to look after our Apartments at Melia White House#LI-IV1

Salary up to £32,958 plus 10% Bonus and Additional benefits below 

 

 

About Meliá White House Hotel NW1 3UP

Meliá White House is a modern and elegantly newly refurbished hotel exceptionally located next to Regent’s Park, within a short walk from the world-renowned shopping streets of Oxford Circus & Regents Street. Warren Street, Great Portland Street and Regent’s Park underground stations are all within a 5-minute walk.

 

Apartments Sales Executive

 

Mission: To prospect and acquire new business and clients from all segments (Serviced Apartment Agents, Business Travel, MICE, Leisure) by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients. With the aim to increase revenue to the Melia White House Apartments.

 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Actively hunt for new business opportunities at for the Melia White House Apartments within all segments Serviced Apartment Agents, Business Travel, MICE, Leisure and Groups.
  • To implement all projects suggested by Line Manager & management, which are aimed at the development of new business
  • Ensure a minimum of 8 Sales Calls or viewings per week
  • Update and develop databases for all sales and marketing activities, fully utilizing the company CRM tool MARS as per company guidelines.
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network and MHI database.

 

Our VIP talent will:

  • Have 1/2 years’ experience in a similar role in Hotels or Serviced Apartments
  • Being proactive and reaching out to clients to find the right business
  • Multi languages is beneficial
  • Organized, proactive and ability to work as part of a team.
