Sales Manager - Apartments

 

Shape and execute sales strategies to drive growth at Melia White House Apartments. Build and maintain strong client relationships across key markets—including Business Travel, MICE, Leisure, and Serviced Apartment Agents—while ensuring consistent revenue growth and exceptional service.

 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Proactively secure new business through networking, cold calls, and client outreach.
  • Conduct at least seven weekly sales calls or viewings to generate leads and close deals.
  • Build and maintain a robust client database using the company’s CRM, MARS.
  • Develop relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Research and identify new accounts daily, transforming them into revenue opportunities.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events to expand market presence.
  • Provide detailed weekly reports on sales activities and outcomes.

 

What We’re Looking For:
A proactive and results-driven professional who thrives on exceeding targets and building lasting client partnerships. You’ll have a passion for sales, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with Sales Apartments is essential, minimum 2 years.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Communicates fluently in English (written and spoken). Spanish is a bonus!
