Services Procurement Manager

 

We are looking for a detail-oriented Services Procurement Manager to oversee the procurement of services across our region. This role ensures that purchasing aligns with our global procurement strategy while maximizing efficiency, quality, and sustainability. You’ll collaborate closely with hotels, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline procurement operations and maintain compliance with company policies.

 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

 

Procurement Strategy & Execution

  • Lead tendering, negotiations, and contracts for services while ensuring alignment with our global strategy.
  • Identify service needs, analyze supplier options, and establish agreements that optimize costs and quality.
  • Drive multi-country procurement synergies and oversee compliance with supplier agreements.

 

Budget & Cost Management

  • Work with leadership to track savings, service quality, and spending trends in line with company objectives.
  • Monitor procurement budgets, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure the correct application of purchasing policies to maximize supplier contributions and optimize expenses.

 

Operational Procurement & Compliance

  • Oversee local supplier negotiations when no framework agreements exist.
  • Ensure supplier performance meets contractual obligations and company standards.
  • Manage audits, resolve procurement-related issues, and maintain supplier documentation for compliance.
  • Provide support for procurement tools and systems (SAP, COUPA, etc.) to improve reporting and efficiency.

 

Supplier & Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain an updated supplier and service catalogue for operational efficiency.
  • Supervise supplier approval processes and resolve service quality issues reported by hotels.
  • Support procurement needs for hotel openings, renovations, and expansions.

 

Sustainability & Corporate Initiatives

  • Track and report sustainability data related to procurement activities.
  • Prioritize eco-friendly suppliers and businesses that align with social responsibility goals.

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years in procurement, contract negotiation, or supplier management (preferably in the hospitality industry).
  • Strong negotiation and contract management expertise.
  • English is essential, Spanish would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of labour relations and quality management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SAP, COUPA, and Excel for procurement reporting.
  • Understanding of hotel industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Excellent organization, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
