Your mission: The main purpose of the Group Sales Trainee position is to support the sales team in managing and coordinating groups and events, contributing to the hotel's success by maximizing revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

• Assist in planning and executing events and groups, for example, helping to organize meetings with clients to define their needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure the proper implementation of events, such as making sure the catering team has the list of menus and special requirements.
• Help maintain and update the customer and contact database, including entering new data and correcting existing information.
• Support in preparing proposals and contracts for potential clients, such as drafting and sending detailed quotes for events.
• Follow up post-event to evaluate customer satisfaction and obtain feedback, for example, sending satisfaction surveys and analyzing responses.
• Collaborate in creating sales and marketing strategies to attract new business, such as developing email marketing campaigns targeted at specific customer segments.

What We Are Looking For

• Student or recent graduate in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar field.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Knowledge of computer tools and hotel management software.
• Proactive and customer-oriented attitude.
• Proficiency in English; other languages will be positively valued.
