MISSION: Responsible for growing the customer base of the assigned segment/s and a defined set of accounts for the Hotels in the area. Attract, develop and retain B2B accounts and carry out the actions defined in the sales action plan to achieve and exceed the quantitative and qualitative objectives in the hotels Business Plans.

- Limited contract position for one year -

Your Tasks:

• Support the head of Group Sales/GS Manager in the production of the MICE segment sales strategy for hotels in the area, in order to meet the objectives defined in each hotel’s  Business Plan
• Co-Responsible for meeting the MICE segment budget both in terms of rooms (volume of Room nights and Room Revenue) and in meeting room Rental and group-related F&B sales through the management of the Group Quotation team for Hotels in the sales area
• Achieve and/or exceed the budget approved annually in the Business Plan (MICE segment) of hotels in the Cluster/Sales Area, both for the sale of rooms and in ARR through the increase in the number of accounts/events, as well as in the sale of banqueting rooms, banquets, audios and other MICE-related revenues
• Be knowledgeable of the Brand philosophy and comply with the standards, operational and identity manuals that apply to their department
• Ensure the customer's experience and personalise their stay, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations

What are we looking for?

• You have a successful completed degree in Tourism, Hospitality or similar fiel
• You are looking forward to start a new career opportunity
• You are a teamplayer and know how to bring up your strenghts in a pro active way
• You are fluent in English and French, Spanish is a plus
