MISSION: Prepare and manage all the part related to the coffee bar, serve drinks and prepare standard cocktails to the outlet’s customers in compliance with the service manuals and the correct management of the counter.

 

What will you be doing?

 

  • Preparation and serving of coffee, cappuccinos, espresso, other beverages and preparation of classic cocktails.
  • Management of the cafeteria counter and stocks; Report via EISI on the status of their outlet, according to internal procedure.
  • Supervise and ensure compliance with preventive maintenance and deep cleaning of their outlet, carry out total control and daily inventory of crockery, glassware, cutlery.
  • Ensure compliance with the layout by outlet according to brand.
  • Ensure compliance with their outlet’s opening and closing checklist.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

What are we looking for?

  • Fluent in Italian; knowledge of English.
  • Friendly, positive, and a team player.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Passion for customer service and a desire to grow.
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm are key for this position
