Mission: Responsible for providing appropriate and courteous service. Complies at all times with quality standards and pays special attention to customer service, ensuring that food and beverages are presented correctly before being delivered to customers in order to ensure the satisfaction of guests and customers, and earn their recognition and preference for hotel services.
What will you have to do?
- Take orders over the phone and serve them in the room with the highest standards.
- Ensure that orders are prepared and delivered quickly and efficiently, following established timelines.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the menu and specials to answer any guest questions and suggest appropriate options.
- Receive and process payments

Execute all instructions and work assigned to them by their immediate superior, as well as any responsibilities that their position requires

Communicate customer feedback to managers
- Make guests feel comfortable and enhance the guest experience.
- Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
What are we looking for?
- Fluent in Italian and in English.
- Friendly, outgoing, and positive.
- Enjoy being part of a team.
- Previous experience in the same position in hotels of similar category.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to find solutions.
- A genuine passion for customer service and a sparkling personality.
- Great communication skills, desire to develop and progress in your role.
- Flexibility and enthusiasm are key for this position.
