What will you have to do?

 

Operations

  • Comply with the strategy of experiences in the destination, offering customers unique services and products based on their preferences.

  • Efficiently manage all guest requests, applying upselling and cross-selling techniques to optimise the hotel's extra revenues, while focusing on achieving total guest satisfaction.

  • Ensure the customer experience by personalising their stay, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations.

  • Handle customer incidents according to established protocols.

  • Adhere to the attributes, standards, and manuals applicable to the department.

  • Efficiently use various customer experience management tools. Stay aware of the Voice of the Customer results and comply with the defined improvement plans.

  • Comply with the Sensory Architecture established for the area.

  • Verify material orders according to set product guidelines, optimising economic resources.

 

Health & Safety // Healthy Workplace

 

  • Be knowledgeable of the hotel’s evacuation plan.

  • Be knowledgeable of personal protective equipment and use it correctly.

  • Be familiar with the methods, work procedures, and risks inherent to the activity.

  • Assume the responsibilities outlined in the Occupational Health and Safety Management System Manual.

 

What are we looking for?

 

Education and Training

  • Training in Tourism, Social Sciences, PR, or a similar field.

 

Languages

  • Proficiency in the local language (depending on the geographical location of the property) and advanced English. A third language is an asset.

 

Specific Knowledge

  • Knowledge of hotel management tools.

  • Excellent knowledge of the destination.

  • Command of the Office 365 suite.

  • Knowledge of hotel operations.

  • Vocation for service and high orientation to the luxury segment.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Problem-solving abilities.

  • Organisation and planning skills.

  • Proactivity and innovation.

  • Attention to detail.

 

Experience

  • External: At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry.
