Mission: Responsible for the preparation, regeneration and presentation of the restaurant/bar, at all times complying with established quality standards and mis en place, paying particular attention to presentation to ensure the satisfaction and recognition of guests and customers.

What will you be doing?

• Anticipate guests' needs and exceed their expectations.
• Greeting and assisting guests, explaining menu and cocktails, suggesting food/drink.
• Managing and maintaining the bar area.
• Ensure that guests are served to quality and timing standards.
• Respond promptly and courteously to all requests.

What are we looking for?

• Fluent in Italian and knowledge of English.
• Coffe and Cocktail preparation knowledge.
• Previous experience in the same position in hotels of similar category.
• A genuine passion for customer service and a sparkling personality.
• Great communication skills, desire to develop and progress in your role.
• Flexibility and enthusiasm are key for this position.
