Job SummaryTo manage properly all the activities related to Events Department

 

What will I be doing?

  • Support the Events team in the organization, planning, and coordination of corporate and social events.

  • Assist in the preparation and setup of event spaces, including meeting rooms, layouts, and technical equipment.

  • Welcome clients and event attendees in a friendly, professional, and prompt manner.

  • Provide on-site operational support during events, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to service standards.

  • Liaise with other departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping) to ensure seamless event operations.

  • Communicate any special requests, issues, or last-minute changes to the Events Manager for proper follow-up.

  • Support the department with administrative tasks such as quotations, contracts, and database updates.

  • Respond appropriately to client feedback or complaints during events.

  • Assist with service recovery actions to ensure total client satisfaction.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, based on event schedules.

  • Very good command of English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Degree (or currently studying) in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Event Management, or related fields.

  • Strong interest in Events and Hospitality.

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proactive attitude, flexibility, and problem-solving mindset.
