Mission of The Role: to support the Managing Director in his daily tasks and activities.

 

What will you have to do?

  • Manage diaries and organise meetings and appointments, typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Manage VP correspondence, and keep the management agenda up to date             
  • Verify, analyze, answer on behalf of the MD and track the writings/emails addressed and received         
  • Organize trips (appointments, transfers, flights, accommodation, visas, etc.)
  • Issue and prepare the expenses report         

 

What are we looking for?

  • At least, 2 years of experience in the same role; the experience in Hospitality it would be a plus
  • A professional knowledge of English and Italian; Spanish it would be a plus
  • A professional use of Micrsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Flexibility, confidentiality and discretion; strong interpersonal and communicative skills will complete the desired profile.
