REMEMBER: Before applying, you must inform your direct supervisor and/or Hotel Director, and your HR manager of your interest in participating in the internal selection process. Your line manager will not have the authority to authorize or halt your application, but must be properly informed.
Your Tasks:
- Reception, care and hospitality of hotel and event guests
- Organization of day-to-day operations
- as well as operational support for the event business and à la carte business
- Acceptance and processing of restaurant reservations
- Ordering goods
- Preparation of the duty roster
- Participation in the weekly function meetings and department manager meetings
Your Profil:
- You have successfully completed training in the hotel industry or a comparable qualification
- You have already gained initial professional experience in a comparable position
- Solid knowledge of the Micros POS system and the hotel software OPERA is an advantage
- Good command of English and the MS Office package
- You see yourself as a service provider and can deal professionally and individually with different types of guests
