Your responsibilities 

  • Manage, develop, and expand business relationships with tour operators, travel agency consortia, travel agencies, airlines, and other distribution partners across Central and Central Eastern Europe.
  • Plan and implement sales and marketing activities to increase brand awareness, revenue, and market share.
  • Collaborate with international key accounts to identify and realize growth opportunities.
  • Conduct training sessions, webinars, presentations, client visits, and participate in industry events.
  • Analyze market, sales, and performance data to drive business decisions.
  • Manage sales and marketing projects in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.

What we are looking for? 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Several years of professional experience in travel industry sales, account management, sales, or business development.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, combined with a positive attitude and confident professional presence.
  • Outstanding communication skills in both English and German.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Europe.
