Job Mission 

 

The Shift Leader Front Office will effectively and efficiently manage Guest and Customer inquiries during the shift .  As Shift Leader you will handle ,professionally and effectively, luxury customer inquiries and converts sales opportunities that emerge with Guests and customers interactions that may contribute to hotel profitability

 

What will I have to do?

 

  • Work with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations and Events Teams to solve any guests issue
  • Manage the Front Office Department during the shift to meet and exceed guests' expectations
  • Opening and closure of Pm
  • Seek opportunities, actively, toexceed guests expectations 
  • Develop the Front Office  Team to ensure the constant delivery of excellent Guest and customer service

 

What are we looking for?  

 

  • Previous experience leading in a Front Office Team in a competitive market
  • Knowledge of Opera / Opera Cloud as a must
  • Excellent team approach
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective long-term relationships
  • Problem solving approach to work
  • Strong atention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize work and ask for clarification when needed
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability on complaint handling
  • University Degree according to the position
  • High Level of English, required level c1/c2
  • Must be able to work flexible days and hours, including weekends and holidays.
