Update the records of the available rooms, rates, daily reservations, cancellations, rooms in book, amendments and no shows.

Assist guests and clients during their accommodation period in any request prior to arrival.

Manage all the available data on the different channels and monitoring of pick up.

Controlling rooms inventory including wholesale allocations and overbooking scenarios appropriately.

Know all the hotel policies, procedures and payment methods.

Manage the VIP Request and the special request in a professional manner.

Reconciling reservations daily commissions.

Loading and maintaining rates in Melia Guest Reservations System.

Assist the Revenue Team in Revenue report consolidation and as needed.

Extensive experience using Opera PMS is essential.

Previous experience in a Reservations/Front Office Supervisory role.

Comprehensive understanding of hotel systems.

The ability to manage time efficiently with competing deadlines.

The ability to liaise professionally in all aspects of the role, including excellent telephone and email etiquette.

Experience using the Microsoft Office suite.
