Purpose of the Role :
To strategically coordinate and ensure effective recruitment, selection, training, development, and administration of human resources in alignment with business objectives. This role ensures full compliance with local labour laws while upholding the standards and values of Meliá Hotels International. At the same time, it plays a key role in fostering strong employee relations, enhancing satisfaction, and cultivating a positive and productive working environment.
What You Do :

Drive end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and select the right talent for the organization

Coordinate onboarding and training programs to ensure smooth integration and continuous development

Support employee engagement initiatives to build a motivated and high-performing team

Ensure HR administration and documentation are accurate, timely, and compliant with local labour regulations

Act as a trusted partner to department heads, providing guidance on HR policies and people management

Handle employee relations matters with professionalism, fairness, and confidentiality

Monitor and improve workplace culture, promoting collaboration, respect, and well-being

Contribute to the implementation of HR strategies aligned with company goals
