We are looking for Personal Assistant to General Manager (PA to GM) - Kobi Onsen Resort Hue Affiliated by Melia
Mission
The Personal Assistant to the General Manager (GM) will play a key role in supporting the GM with administrative, organizational, and coordination tasks. This role is vital in ensuring the GM’s day-to-day operations run smoothly and that all communications, scheduling, and follow-up tasks are efficiently managed.
Key Responsibilities
• Administrative Support: Manage the GM’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling daily correspondence.
• Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely responses.
• Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items after meetings.
• Documentation: Organize, review, and prepare documents, presentations, and reports for the GM, maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
• Project Assistance: Help coordinate ongoing projects by liaising with department heads and tracking deadlines.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Key Requirements
• Education & Experience: A background in Hospitality, or a related field is preferred, along with 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, ideally supporting senior management.
• Skills & Qualities:
o Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
o Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Vietnamese and English.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
o Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure.
o A high level of discretion and professionalism.
• Location: Local to Hue or willing to relocate.
