Mission: Prepare and serve drinks and cocktails for the establishment’s customers in accordance with the service manuals and proper counter management.

What will you do?

• Professional serving of drinks and food
• Organization of an optimal service flow
• Contact person for national and international guests
• Implementation of hygiene and quality standards
• Fulfillment of customer wishes at a high level
• Preparation work in the service area (setting tables, mise en place)
• Classic bar duties

What are we looking for?

• Passion for cocktails!
• Excellent communication skills
• Expertise in the fields of cocktails, spirits, and wines
• An eye for detail
• Teamwork skills, flexibility, and initiative
• Relevant qualifications as a bartender with several years of professional experience
• Current knowledge of gastronomic trends
• Proficiency in MS Office and the Micros POS system
• Very good German and English skills; Spanish skills are an advantage

This position is classified in the collective agreement for workers LG3 at €2,015.00, depending on education and qualifications. Overpayment is guaranteed with appropriate experience and expertise.
