Mission: You will drive revenue across all market segments—Corporate, MICE, Leisure/FIT, Travel Trade, and Weddings/Events—for our exclusive 55-key luxury eco-retreat. Nestled in the Ba Vi mountains featuring a blend of French colonial and Vietnamese village architecture.
What will you have to do:
MICE & Corporate Segment:

Business Development: Identify, prospect, and secure high-yield corporate accounts, executive retreats, and board meetings.

Event Promotion: Pitch our 3 dedicated event rooms and unique outdoor venues for team-building, strategic planning sessions, and corporate offsites.

Account Management: Nurture relationships with corporate travel managers and executive assistants in Hanoi and surrounding economic zones.

Tailored Packages: Collaborate with Food & Beverage (Senses and Tonkin restaurants) and the Spa to create bespoke corporate wellness and retreat packages.
Leisure, Travel Trade & FIT

Agent Relationships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with premium inbound tour operators, luxury travel agents (DMCs), and OTA market managers.

Product Positioning: Effectively communicate the retreat's unique selling points, including the infinity pool, thermal spa, cycling and hiking trails, and proximity to historical ruins, to the travel trade.

Rate Strategy: Work closely with Revenue Management to optimize wholesale, dynamic, and tactical rates for the boutique 55-key inventory—balancing occupancy and high ADR across our Deluxe rooms, Suites, and Pool Villas.
Weddings & Social Events

Venue Selling: Promote the resort's lush gardens, 1902 Lobby Lounge, and panoramic mountain views as a premier destination for luxury weddings and private social events.

End-to-End Coordination: Act as the primary sales contact for couples and event planners, conducting site inspections and ensuring a seamless handover to the operational banqueting team.
Strategic Planning & Reporting

Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities in the Hanoi-adjacent luxury resort market and provide actionable market trends to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly room night and revenue KPIs across all assigned segments.

Admin: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, contracts, and sales activities. Submit weekly sales reports outlining pipeline and conversions.
What we are looking for:

Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of proactive sales experience in luxury hospitality, preferably within a high-end retreat.

Market Knowledge: Established network of contacts across Hanoi’s corporate sector, luxury travel agencies, and event planners.

Languages: Fluent in Vietnamese and excellent command of English.

Technical Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Ability to sell an "experience" rather than just a room.

Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable. Willingness to travel between the Hanoi sales office and the Ba Vi property for site inspections.
