We are seeking a Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Meliá Serenity Cam Ranh Beach Resort, based in Cam Lam, Khanh Hoa (Vietnam).

MISSION

Executive Housekeeper is responsible for all administrative and operational tasks within the housekeeping department. This role ensures that guest rooms and public areas meet hotel and brand standards, cleaning procedures are carried out efficiently, and departmental costs are effectively managed, while delivering the highest level of guest satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, train, and supervise housekeeping staff (room attendants, laundry, and public area cleaners).
  • Plan schedules, assign duties, and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment.
  • Implement training programs and promote safety, hygiene, and proper equipment use.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Monitor departmental expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree or higher in tourism, hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar hotel management role.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, PMS systems, and check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Strong skills in guest complaint handling and response.
  • Fluency in Vietnamese (written and spoken) and advanced English.
