En el hotel Casa de las Artes Meliá Collection buscamos a un/a camarero/a con el objetivo de brindar un servicio excepcional y personalizado a los huéspedes del hotel, asegurando una experiencia gastronómica que refleje la elegancia, el arte y la hospitalidad distintiva de Meliá Collection.

Misión principal

• Recibir y atender a los clientes con cortesía, profesionalismo y calidez.
• Tomar pedidos de alimentos y bebidas, asesorando sobre el menú y maridajes.
• Servir los platos y bebidas de forma eficiente y estética.
• Mantener la limpieza y presentación de las mesas y áreas de servicio.
• Colaborar con cocina y otros departamentos para garantizar un servicio fluido.
• Gestionar pagos y facturación de manera precisa.
• Conocer y aplicar los estándares de calidad, sostenibilidad y seguridad alimentaria del hotel.
• Participar en formaciones internas sobre producto, protocolo y atención al cliente.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

• Experiencia previa en hoteles de lujo o restaurantes de alta gama (mínimo 1 año).
• Nivel medio-alto de inglés; se valoran otros idiomas.
• Conocimiento de técnicas de servicio, protocolo y atención al cliente.
• Actitud proactiva, elegante y orientada al detalle.
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y bajo presión.
• Flexibilidad horaria y disponibilidad para turnos rotativos.
