Misión del puesto: Buscamos talento con experiencia en Recepción y/o Guest services. Es la persona responsable de proporcionar al cliente un excelente servicio y producto de la más alta calidad en el área exclusiva “The Level”, garantizando su satisfacción. Supervisará el cumplimiento de los estándares y políticas establecidas en el hotel y reportando a Dirección. Controlará que todas las habitaciones asignadas y bloqueadas que requieran configuraciones especiales estén correctamente reflejadas en el PMS y disponibles para el Departamento de Limpieza y otros departamentos en el momento adecuado. Adicionalmente deberá participar en la gestión de personal coordinándose con los JJ.DD. Responsable de la organización, supervisión del personal, así como también de mantener todos los estándares estipulados para esta área y de dar soluciones personalizadas a las solicitudes del cliente. Gestionará cualquier queja de los huéspedes de manera profesional, resolviéndola y asegurando que el huésped esté satisfecho, y registrándola. Igualmente, promoverá los programas de fidelidad entre los clientes.
¿Qué buscamos?

Licenciatura en Administración, Turismo o áreas afines.

Experiencia en posiciones similares en hoteles de semejante categoría.

Dominio de español, inglés. Se valorarán otros idiomas.

Dominio del paquete Microsoft Office.

Orientación al cliente, organización, planificación, capacidad analítica, visión estratégica, enfoque al logro de resultados, iniciativa, capacidad de influencia, liderazgo, trabajo en equipo.
