Responsible for leading and managing all engineering and maintenance operations to ensure the hotel’s facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner. Oversees preventive and corrective maintenance programs, engineering team performance, energy conservation initiatives, safety and emergency systems, inventory control, and compliance with hotel standards. Collaborates closely with management and department heads to support operational excellence, enhance guest satisfaction, protect assets, and achieve the property's short- and long-term business objectives.
